    Abstract

    Process improvement models are used to improve product quality due to increasing Software in size and complexity. As a direct implication, organizations and it more difficult to achieve the desired product quality. A good assessment is supposed to show what we have truly learned. There are four qualities of good assessments which are the main challenge in this environments for solving or improving this problem. The general objective of this thesis is to identify process characteristics for designing a system of processes at the architectural level and creating SPAIL(Software Process Assessment Interchange Language) and Agile Software development . As a result of this research work, an improved understanding of improvement models interoperability is expected by identifying the technical and structural relationships between processes that will help architecting a system of processes.
